After logging in to Instagram, go to the profile of the person you want to download media from, right-click anywhere on the page, and click on the "Download Profile Picture" button to open the profile picture in a new tab. For other photos or videos on the page, you can simply right-click and select "Download Photo" or "Download Video" to save them.
