Humandex is an open professional index designed to make career information easier for search engines, AI systems, recruiters, and other people to understand. It builds public, AI-readable profiles using information from the open web, user input, and confirmations. Users can review what is found before choosing what becomes publicly visible.

Turning career history into evidence

Humandex’s Deep Search looks beyond traditional resumes and job platforms to uncover career facts, projects, mentions, and supporting sources. Identity Resolution helps distinguish people with similar names, while Evidence Graph connects career claims to sources and confirmations. Profiles can include career timelines, cited facts, skills, visibility signals, and AI-generated summaries.

The platform also shows how AI systems may interpret a profile, offering visibility checks, statistics, monitoring, comparisons, and improvement suggestions. Users control publication and can edit or remove information. One limitation is that it cannot guarantee visibility, search ranking, AI ranking, recruiter interest, or specific outcomes, so results remain uncertain.

A new layer of professional identity

Overall, Humandex offers an interesting approach to professional identity in an increasingly AI-driven search environment. Its combination of public profiles, source-backed career information, identity matching, and user-controlled publishing gives professionals a way to present their experience online clearly. Users should carefully review AI-generated information and sources before publishing profiles publicly.
