HSIA - DIGITAL AIRPORT SERVICE is a free mobile application designed by Civil Aviation Authority Bangladesh for international passengers traveling from Hajrat Shahjalal International Airport terminal 1 & 2. The app is available for both Android and iOS platforms. The application is equipped with advanced features that provide real-time flight updates, guidelines for passengers, interactive 2D maps, and wayfinding solutions for the airport. The application is localized in English and Bangla languages, ensuring ease of access for international travelers.

The app offers departing passengers guidance on handbag packing, luggage packing, prohibited items, foreign currency endorsement, duty-free shopping, available lounges, wheelchair assistance, immigration, airlines contact, and many more. Additionally, expatriates can learn about the standard operating procedures for international travel through this airport terminal. The app also provides guidelines for arriving passengers, such as custom clearance, immigration, luggage claim, free phone, internet connection, money exchange, duty-free shopping, taxi, hotel, and emergency medical services. The app also features an AR wayfinding solution that uses VPS (Virtual Positioning System) for navigation in the airport.
