This is a Human Resources Management System that is being developed by the Center for Modernizing Government Initiative – CMGI, and it is being implemented in Odisha, India. The HRMS ODISHA project aims to be the primary vehicle of transactions of government employees. It is a database-and-application software that is used to carry out personnel transactions of government employees online through the Internet.
