HPSEBL is a free Android application developed by HPSEBL Official. The app allows you to register and log in using your mobile number. Once logged in, you can add one or more connections/meters using the 12-digit consumer ID printed on each electricity bill.

The app provides a range of services, including viewing electricity bills, consumption history, bill payment history, and paying electricity bills online. You can also use the app to register various types of consumer-related complaints, such as meter problems, fuse problems, cable problems, and theft reporting. Additionally, HPSEBL offers an advance pay option, which is only available in the app and the HPSEBL web portal.
