Using your smartphone, simply take a photo of the property you're interested in, and Homecheck will instantly provide you with an estimated value for a typical home in that location. For even more accuracy, you can provide additional details about the property, such as the number of rooms, living area, land area, and year of construction.

Not physically present at the property location? No problem. You can easily adjust the address and still receive a comprehensive report in PDF format, including the property valuation and additional information about the location and community.
