Starting with a group of interested students, it is your job to discover their strengths and weaknesses, create effective training regiments and win games against other schools. As with similar titles, the key to success is effective strategy and knowing your team. This means getting to know your star players, offering an extended experience and long-term objectives which can be really satisfying when you finally win the cup. Home Run High is a decent sports management title but it does have a few small issues. The game only runs in landscape mode, making it difficult to play at times, and the players graduate after three years. While fitting with the setting, this means starting over again often with new students which can become frustrating.
