Why HoldU?

For us, video chat is always better when you have someone you can connect with, who has the same interests as you, and who knows what’s going on in the world. We all have friends from different parts of the world, and we hope to make these connections happen at HoldU, the new video chatting app with a twist.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the app and register for an account. You can use your own name, or select a pseudonym. 

2. To begin a video chat with someone you like, swipe them on the card on your screen. It's as easy as that. 

3. You can also search for someone who is similar to you.

4. You can rate someone you like, so you can track people you have contacted and those who have liked you back.

5. Delete your account

6. If you want to end your chat, simply swipe the screen. You can do it in 5 seconds. 

Don’t forget to “like” the person you like.
