To help you make better decisions, we have developed the Hogan Pick 2 HPI app, which allows you to easily and intuitively interpret the high or low score implications of any two HPI scores by tapping either LOW or HIGH for any two HPI scales.

The app also allows you to find out what you can expect from someone with a similar HPI score combination.
