Hoarding Photo Frames is an  Image & Photo app created by Sparrow Games. It lets users turn their ordinary photo into a “billboard” photo frame. They can frame any personal photos so that it becomes outstanding when shared online. Users simply browse their device’s photos or take a live photo, select the photo frame of their choice, align them via rotate, zoom in or out,  and save them to their devices. The newly produced photo is ready to be set as a wallpaper for devices, as well as share to social media accounts. The end result provides an effect where the photo is publicly displayed in tarpaulins or billboards.
