Hnefatafl (often called the Game of the Vikings) is one of the oldest board games in the world and it's easy to play.

Tafl is played by two players. 

The players take turns. The pieces are moved by the players according to the rules. The players try to capture or remove pieces of their opponents by attacking the opponent's pieces.

After the pieces are removed or captured, the remaining pieces are moved.

If a player has more pieces than his opponent, then the player is said to be the winner.

Hnefatafl is a two-player game, but you can play a single-player game against the computer.

The aim of Hnefatafl is to capture the opponent's king or to force the opponent to surrender.
