With just a smartphone or tablet and an internet connection, you can easily connect with our healthcare staff through video calls. To access the app, simply log in using your Mobile BankID.

Booking an appointment is quick and easy with our app. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your scheduled meeting. We recommend finding a quiet place with good lighting for your video consultation, ensuring you have a strong mobile network signal and a fully charged battery. When it's time for your video call, log in to the app using your Mobile BankID and proceed to the meeting. Our staff will call you at the designated time.

All communication during the video consultation is encrypted, ensuring a safe and secure experience. We strive to provide comprehensive and high-quality healthcare, and digital video consultations are offered only when they can achieve the same level of care as an in-person visit.

A video consultation with Huslakarna Rimbo-Edsbro is billed at the same rate as a regular visit, with invoices sent afterward. The service is free for children and adolescents up to 18 years old, and the national healthcare card is accepted.

Please note that appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee.
