Users can easily monitor their physical and exercise status through the app, making it a lightweight assistant tool.

It is important to note that the exercise function utilizes GPS for location tracking, which may significantly drain battery life if left running in the background. HiWatchPro is also integrated with HealthKit, enabling users to synchronize workout data to their health records.
