HitIndicator for Insurgency: Sandstorm is a free mod designed to improve player feedback in the game. This mutator introduces a non-intrusive animated hit marker that appears on the screen whenever you successfully hit an enemy, similar to features found in other first-person shooters like Battlefield. Additionally, it displays icons for various kills above the compass, providing players with immediate visual feedback on their performance.
