Hitch Radio aims to be a mix of a social network and a collection of radio stations.

The idea is that you and your friends can listen to the same radio station together at the same time.
One person, "the driver", chooses the radio stations and people "hitch rides" (tune in) to listen. It also encourages sending "taps" (messages) to one another whilst listening.

It's an interesting idea but ultimately fall shorts because it tries to be too many different apps, rather than something unique.
