Hinário Batista is a free Android multimedia application developed by HAP Software for Brazilian Evangelicals. The app is based on the second hymnal for Brazilian Evangelicals, Cantor Cristão, which was first published in 1891 and contained only 16 hymns. The app features a complete search function that allows users to search for hymns by title, number, or lyrics.

Over the years, several editions of Cantor Cristão have been published, with each new edition containing additional hymns. The 17th edition, published in 1921, contained 571 hymns, including 102 hymns written or translated by Salomão Luiz Ginsburg. The latest edition, the 54th edition, was published by JUERP and is still in use today. In 1991, JUERP released the Hinário para o Culto Cristão (HCC), which has become an essential part of Brazilian Evangelical hymnody.
