Hide and Seek Extreme is a free obstacle experience for Roblox created by Tim7775. The game was created in 2015, making it one of the older titles on the platform, but it’s remained current through regular updates. Hide and Seek Extreme is one of the most popular Roblox offerings, having been played over 2 billion times and favorited by almost 8 million people.

While Hide and Seek Extreme is essentially a take on the classic schoolyard game of the same name, it feels a lot like an obstacle course as well. If you enjoy obstacle courses, Roblox is the best place to find them, as they’re one of the most popular genres on the platform. Escape the Bathroom Obby isn’t as popular as Hide and Seek Extreme, but it's just as fun. If you’re looking for another good alternative, try 4M Escape ROBLOX Rbx Obby Parkour EASY.

Environment

Hide and Seek Extreme takes place in numerous locations, but no matter which location you choose, you’re shrunk down to about the size of a LEGO minifigure. This presents numerous problems but also creates incredible opportunities for hiding, thereby solving the primary issue that almost every IRL hide-and-seek game faces.

This is also the thing that brings the game into the obstacle course  - or obby - genre. While hiding away from It, you’ll have to traverse numerous obstacles.

Gameplay

Hide and Seek Extreme is an incredibly exciting game. The game has two main modes - hiding and seeking. There is a third mode, that in which you watch the game as a spectator, but you need to be caught in order to access it. In spectator mode, you can spectate anyone, including It. Each round, someone is selected as It.

The rest of the players in the round will have a minute to find a hiding spot. When the timer runs out, It has four minutes to find all of the players in order to get the maximum credit reward.

Credits

You can use credits to buy companions with various abilities from the shop, as well as different skins for It when you are selected for that role. Essentially, It isn’t an entity, rather a skin; one that you put on when you’re chosen. There are numerous It skins to choose from, some of which are free. Your credits can also be used to buy power-ups of different sorts to make either hiding and seeking easier.

Hide and seek

If you enjoy obstacle courses or extended games of hide and seek, you’ll love Hide and Seek Extreme. The game has all the much-loved excitement of traditional hide and seek.

There’s also the addition of obstacle course elements scattered throughout various massive environments. You’ll have fun playing as a participant and watching as a spectator.
