Of witchcraft and detectives 

Set in a small village, Hex Judge places you as an inquisitor tasked with investigating reports of witchcraft being practiced by one of its people. It will be up to you to verify the legitimacy of these claims and identify who among the villagers is guilty and must pay the penalty for their crimes. You have until sunset to conduct your inquiry and make a verdict. 

The core gameplay in Hex Judge will revolve around creating a suspect list and conducting a series of thorough interrogations to gather information. Compare testimonies and identify inconsistencies in statements. Gather clues and evidence to support your suspicions, as you gather all the facts for a verdict. There will also be instances when the accused will give in to the pressure, and you’ll notice a change in their behavior. 

Each playthrough will offer a different set of suspects with distinct traits and personalities to account for during your investigation for added replayability, which is just as well since you can finish a run in under an hour. You do get access to a custom villager editor to create your own suspects for some variety and to keep things fresh and interesting.
