The app features an action plan table that enables users to quickly check employees' schedules from a PC browser or smartphone app. Users can also modify their own schedules from both PC and smartphone, ensuring the latest action plan is maintained even with sudden changes. Icons indicate presence, absence, out-of-office, or on leave statuses for easy monitoring. Information displayed includes employee names, status, destination or notes, arrival time, and departure time.

Using the GPS function on smartphones, the app allows users to send location information to administrators for safety checks during emergencies. Administrators can view the current locations of all users in a list, facilitating well-being confirmation in critical situations.
