With Heka, users can control their WiFi devices remotely, from anywhere and at any time. Bluetooth devices, on the other hand, can be controlled within a short distance, typically within the building.

One of the key features of Heka is its smart modes for ACs. It offers three modes: Heka, Green, and Magic. In the beginning, Heka utilizes a location-based climate comfort model to ensure optimal settings for AC users. As users start using their AC, Heka employs artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to adapt to their comfort levels automatically. This continuous learning process makes the AC more effective over time.
