Healthy Cities Polska is a free Android application designed to enhance personal health and fitness while positively impacting the environment. This app invites users to participate in the Healthy Cities challenge organized by the LUX MED Group, encouraging physical activity through walking. Participants are encouraged to walk a minimum of 6,000 steps daily for at least 30 days, fostering both individual well-being and community engagement.

The initiative is rooted in the belief that a healthy individual cannot exist without a healthy environment. The program not only promotes physical activity but also offers mental health benefits, such as improved mood, better sleep quality, and reduced anxiety. Additionally, for every participant in the challenge in September 2024, LUX MED Group will plant a tree, further emphasizing the app's commitment to a healthier planet alongside personal health improvement.
