HealthView is a free lifestyle app by Reflectly ApS that integrates with the Apple Health app to allow you to see your health data in a clean and easy-to-understand way. With HealthView, you can easily drill down to more details and view your health and fitness data on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

The app offers a wide range of supported data sets, including Steps Count, Distance, Burned Calories, Heart Rate, Sleep, Weight, BMI, and more. You can customize and show up to three data sets in the Today View widget, and with the new version 3.0, you can now see your health data at a glance right on your home screen with customizable look and feel. Additionally, Apple Watch complications will show your activity levels from your pedometer data, making it convenient to glance over your activity data quickly.

It's worth noting that HealthView reads data only from the Apple Health app, and no data is being sent outside of your device.
