Health4U is an application of the Seoul National University Bundang Hospital that provides a service for sharing information about your health and medical history with the purpose of giving you a better understanding of your health and helping you to take care of it.

The service includes the following functions:

• The medical history function allows you to view your hospitalization, outpatient, emergency, and other medical records.
• The dosing time reminder function allows you to set a reminder for the time of your next dose.
• The test results function allows you to view the results of the received test and to find out the current status of your health.
• The function to search for articles and videos in the literature review section allows you to find articles and videos that are related to your health and medical history.
• The function to receive a prescription allows you to view the information of the received prescription drugs.
