Use the Health First Colorado mobile app to take control of your coverage.

The app has 4 tabs:

My Account

Go to the “My Account” tab. Enter your account number, name, and phone number. This information is required to verify that you are the owner of the account and can access it.

Benefits

Go to the “Benefits” tab. You can see the name of your coverage, the benefits, and what is covered.

Find a provider

Go to the “Find a provider” tab. To find a provider, you can choose a plan and a provider.

Help

Go to the “Help” tab. Contact the Nurse Advice Line, Colorado Crisis Line, and Quitline
