Headshots Only is a unique mod for 7 Days to Die. It shifts the focus towards a primarily strategic kind of gameplay by eliminating body damage to all zombie entities. As a result, we are now forced to adjust from a run-and-gun type of play which most users have been acclimatized to, towards a more tactical sort of approach. The focus is now on charting or devising building clears, horde nights, and more.

It is recommended that you set aside Sprint mode while running this mod, at least until you have become accustomed to this style of play.
