"He aha tēnei?" is a Māori language learning game for kids and their caregivers. The kids drag the Māori words to hear it pronounced and complete the word to hear it in full. They can drag and drop the letters to match the word and to hear it pronounced. The app includes every day words such as pōtae (hat), tāheke (slide), whare (house) and more. Pāpapa believes in nurturing the special language bond between kids and their caregivers, and honouring the breadth, depth and beauty of Te Reo Māori vocabulary.
