Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home is a premium role-playing game developed by Natsume Inc which lets users live the life of a farmer in a village located in the countryside—a place where the vegetables are locally grown and the fish are freshly caught.

Offering highly detailed environments and characters through stunning 3D graphics, Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home gives players a taste of country life, allowing them to explore the countryside, do country-based activities, and interact with NPCs. Roam the village and talk to the folks to eventually find love.

Help the Alba Village prosper

Depart from the city life and return to the countryside in Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home. Alba Village, a once prosperous place, has been seeing a decline in population as the younger country folks leave for the big cities, leaving the old villagers behind. Due to this, there is a lack of economic development within the village that must be addressed and resolved.

You must work hard for the village to become a tourist attraction and attract new residents to live in it. Utilize the resources available to turn the economic status around, allowing you to put Alba Village on the map. This can be executed through reuniting with old friends and getting help from them. You can even rekindle old flames or find someone new and get married.

Some activities that contribute to the economy include harvesting crops, caring for animals, fishing in lakes, mining minerals, and many more. For de-stressing, on the other hand, you can participate in contests and festivals to enjoy yourself. Note that this game does not have a feature that allows you to adjust the graphics, which means lagging issues occur when using low-end devices.

Engrossing RPG

Overall, Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home is a compelling RPG that delves into country life, detailing a captivating playthrough that revolves around the everyday life of a villager after leaving city life. Help the village prosper by doing various country activities and reconnecting with familiar faces to eventually put the place on the map, allowing it to attract tourists and new residents.
