The official mobile app of Hanwha General Insurance, 한화손해보험, brings insurance services closer to customers, allowing them to manage and make changes to their contracts, file claims, and apply for loans, all from their mobile devices without the need to visit a branch.

With the app, users can log in easily using fingerprint or simple password authentication. They can also log in using their mobile phone, KakaoPay authentication, or digital certificates such as the former public certificate or financial certificate.

The key services offered by the app include personalized service information for each insurance contract under the "MY" section, contract management for inquiries, consultations, premium payments, and refund requests, accident claims and results, loan status inquiries and applications, and direct insurance sign-up for various insurance products such as auto, driver, health, family, fire and property, and pension and savings insurance. The app also provides a customer lounge with notices, frequently asked questions, branch and claims center locations, and document downloads.

The app is supported on Android devices running version 5.1 or higher, with optimization for Samsung and LG smartphones (tablets are not supported). It requires certain permissions, such as access to files and media for saving and loading photos, and access to the phone for ID verification and connecting with customer service representatives, contract managers, and claims handlers.

To ensure secure financial transactions, the app cannot be used on rooted devices or devices that have been tampered with (factory reset is required before use). It also includes a Visual ARS service that displays information or commercial mobile content provided by the other party during phone calls, with user consent.

Note: The app's auto insurance functionality is now available in the Smart Cardory app starting from version 1.86.
