Hangout Forever v2 is a free Chrome add-on developed by christian.cucchi. It is designed to automatically dismiss the "Are you still there?" nag in Google Hangouts and is updated to handle recent additional Hangouts URLs.

With Google serving Hangouts from multiple URLs, the original extension by Christian Bundy became ineffective. As the original author seems to have ceased development, christian.cucchi took it upon themselves to update the extension.

Assuming Google does not continue changing the URLs, Hangout Forever v2 does not anticipate frequent updates. However, the developer personally uses the extension and may add new features when time permits.
