Ham Solar is a simple application that will help you determine if your base station can be used to make a call to a location in the United States. If you are a radio amateur and you want to find out if there is a clear channel to a particular location, then this app is for you.

It is a simple app that will determine the maximum usable frequency (MUF) of the radio channel between the base station and the phone that you are using to make the call. You can use this app for any phone that you have, not just for the ones that are connected to the Internet.
