Halo: AI Photo Editor, from Product Studio Inc, is an Android photography app for social media creators and casual users. It uses generative AI with text prompts and templates to alter outfits, hairstyles, add people, redesign rooms, restore old photos, and turn stills into animated clips. The app includes 100+ artistic filters, headshot generation, virtual try-ons, and AI room edits, aimed at creators who need fast, believable visuals for mobile social feeds.

What can the app change in a photo?

The app performs prompt-driven transformations that let users describe specific edits instead of painting masks or cloning pixels. That "change anything" approach applies to clothing swaps, hairstyle changes, inserting people, and room redesigns, and it also powers novelty outputs such as AI-generated relationship photos used for social pranks. Prompt-based edits reduce hands-on retouching and let creators produce context-aware results without manual pixel manipulation.

What creative outputs does it produce?

The tool generates a variety of deliverables: hyper-realistic still images, stylized outputs from over a hundred artistic filters, studio-style headshots from selfies, and short AI-powered video clips that animate static photos for TikTok or Reels formats. Its output is explicitly tuned to look authentic rather than obviously generated, a design choice aimed at higher engagement for shareable social posts and short-form video platforms.

Is it suitable for social media creators or professionals?

The workflow balances quick templates and prompt-driven controls, so creators can move from idea to post with minimal setup while also accessing higher-fidelity results such as headshot generation and photo restoration. Product Studio's focus on AI-driven mobile apps shows in the app's social-first orientation. Although users praise realism, some report occasional glitches in AI-generated human placements, and the presence of prank-oriented features raises provenance and ethical considerations for published images.

A pragmatic creative aide for social-first imagery, with care advised

Halo is a practical choice for creators who prioritize rapid, believable image work for social feeds and short video clips. Although it supports outputs that can pass for authentic photography, occasional placement errors and the app's prank-oriented features mean content should be reviewed carefully before sharing. Best used when speed and attention-grabbing visual impact matter more than pixel-perfect compositing control.
