HalkPay is a mobile application designed for clients of Halkbank AD Skopje, enabling seamless payments with Mastercard and Visa cards. Available on Android, the app allows users to register quickly using their personal identification number and card details. A one-time password (OTP) is sent for secure activation, which requires the use of security features like fingerprint or face recognition to ensure safe transactions. Once activated, users can digitize their cards and select a primary card for quick payments without opening the app, enhancing convenience for everyday transactions.

The application supports contactless payments at POS terminals, allowing transactions under 2,000 MKD without additional authentication for up to five consecutive times. For higher amounts or after multiple low-value transactions, the app prompts for further authentication. Users can easily manage their digitized cards, with blocking and suspending options available directly in the app. HalkPay aims to simplify and secure the payment experience for users while providing essential features for financial management.
