Unfortunately, in this timeline, otherworldly creatures from an unknown dimension have made their way onto the planet, intending to wreak havoc across the globe and overtake it from humanity. 

You are the only saving grace of humanity, so carry the fate of mankind as you load your weapon and fight through the Black Mesa Research Facility. Eliminate alien invaders, zombified personnel, and hostile military contractors across four fully realized chapters, each defined by its own atmosphere, adversaries, and boss battles in a desperate struggle to keep humanity alive against overwhelming odds in this relentless, high-stakes fight for survival. 

Although set in the Half-Life Universe, this game is a fan-made Half-Life modification, and its developer is in no way associated with Valve Corporation. However, you will need the base game in order to play this mod. Another thing to note is that it contains extreme depictions of gore and violence, which are not suited for younger audiences and those who might find these themes distressing.
