HAKA System is a free Android application developed by Jakub Bilkovič, designed to help vehicle owners prevent theft. The app allows the user to enter the vehicle's Slovak EČV or VIN number and sends a query to the MVSR server. If the vehicle is not in the database, the app checks the MVČR database. If the vehicle is still not found, the app connects to the STK to download data related to the given EČV or VIN.

If the vehicle is being stolen, the app will download data from the STK and provide the user with information to call the police. In this case, the vehicle may either be stolen or the EČV may have been stolen from the vehicle. The app also provides additional data such as the vehicle's description and VIN. It is important to note that the priority is to call the police and then inform the developers.

Overall, HAKA System is an impressive anti-theft application that is easy to use and provides crucial information to prevent vehicle theft.
