Gymbu: Treino em casa is a unique fitness application designed for Android users, focusing on bodyweight training through a gamified approach. Unlike traditional gym routines that emphasize isolated muscle workouts, this app utilizes the PMF (Progressão de Movimentos de Força) system, allowing users to build strength and achieve an impressive physique without the need for weights or gym equipment. Users begin by taking a strength test to determine their current fitness level, after which the app generates personalized workout plans tailored to their specific needs. As users progress through their training, they unlock new skills and witness tangible physical changes.

The application is structured to guide users through a series of levels, from a beginner level to advanced skills typically associated with elite gymnasts. Each stage includes distinct milestones, leading users from basic exercises like one-arm push-ups to advanced maneuvers such as muscle-ups and planche. With workouts designed to be performed three to four times a week, sessions typically last between 50 minutes to an hour, making it accessible for users of all ages and fitness backgrounds.
