Gurushala is an online teacher training and professional development initiative that aims to empower teachers by providing them with a customized, need-based, and continuous learning ecosystem. The initiative is implemented by Pratham Education Foundation.

The online teacher training app, Gurushala, offers a wide variety of courses that are categorized according to the topic and the class that the teacher is teaching. 

The app offers ready-to-use lesson plans and resources that are categorized as per the topic and can be used to teach any topic in the class.

Gurushala also has a Digital Resource Library that offers teachers and students access to a wide variety of content such as worksheets, videos, simulations, assessments, quizzes, infographics, etc.
