Once you start a ride in the app, your smartphone becomes a GPS tracker that regularly sends your location to your Guardian Horse HelpMe board. This allows your emergency contacts to access your location and other emergency data via the HelpMe board and your ID/PIN combination. In case of an emergency, your rescue can be coordinated quickly and efficiently with all the necessary information at hand.

The basic functionality of the app is available free of charge, without the need for additional accessories. However, Guardian Horse also offers optional accessories such as the Guardian Horse HelpMe badges and the GPS accident tracker. The HelpMe badges, which can be attached to your helmet, provide first aiders with access to your HelpMe board via a QR code. The GPS accident tracker, when attached to the saddle or bridle, detects falls and sends an alarm to your smartphone. If not deactivated, the app automatically sends an emergency SMS to your pre-set emergency contacts.
