Grupo Soma is a free lifestyle app developed and published by Tecnorise for mobile devices.  This condominium management app is designed to make everyday residential tasks more convenient. With an intuitive interface, this gives residents access to practical tools that improve communication, security, and property management.

Useful condo tools

With Grupo Soma, users can open gates from their devices through the app’s mobile key feature. Residents can also view security cameras remotely, send notifications directly to the operations center, and monitor activity within their property. Additionally, virtual invitations and arrival notices help communication between residents, guests, and condominium operations teams.

For users with multiple residences, support for several condominiums adds convenience. Access reports provide a clear record of entries over a selected period, while customizable call orders help residents manage communications according to their preferences. However, the app lacks community-focused features that encourage residents to interact with one another within the app.

A convenient app for condo owners

Overall, Grupo Soma offers a practical set of tools that simplify condominium living through improved security, communication, and property management. Features like mobile key access, remote camera viewing, and detailed access reports make daily tasks more convenient. However, it lacks community-oriented features, which could help residents interact more.
