The Greystar Resident App is a free lifestyle app that allows residents to easily manage their apartment community from their iPhone. With the app, residents can pay rent, submit maintenance orders with photos, and communicate with their apartment community. The app provides a convenient way to pay rent with a single tap, manage one-time or recurring rent payments, and receive rent reminder push notifications. Additionally, residents can contact their property directly from the app and submit maintenance requests with pictures of the problem.

The app also offers Touch ID Login and Face ID Login for secure access to the app, as well as 3D Touch Support for quick access to rent payment, maintenance request, and balance information. The Greystar Resident App is only available to residents of properties using Entrata's ResidentPortal and ResidentPay products at Greystar property locations.
