Granny Ice Cream Escape House is a horror game, with lots of levels, where the objective is to get out of the house, while encountering various obstacles and terrifying enemy characters along the way.

The gameplay takes place in a two-dimensional world, where the player can move either horizontally or vertically. They can also move from one room to the next, or from one object to the other.

The gameplay is divided into multiple chapters, each of which contains several levels, as well as a boss level at the end of the chapter. The player can also earn money and experience points by completing various tasks and defeating certain enemy characters.
