Grandpa and Granny 3: Death Hospital is a horror-themed adventure escape game, which will take you into the haunted hospital, where you must survive the horrifying hospital, in order to escape from the ghost town.

As in the previous games, the story begins with an incident, which causes a lot of trouble. In this case, the cause is the patients, who are the most terrible criminals. The old people are forced to move into the hospital, where the patients are locked in rooms.

You must also make sure that the patients do not get out of the hospital and that they do not cause trouble in the town.

You will have to solve puzzles and find objects, which will help you in the game. You will also have to use the objects to get out of the rooms and escape from the hospital.
