Graffiti IF is an Android app that allows you to easily create simple and easy GIF animations or still images. One of the most interesting features of Graffiti IF is the screentone tool, which you can use to make your creations more interesting. The app has 12 types of screentone tools, and the Pro edition has even more. You can switch the function between paints and screentone by clicking the icon above the paint tools.
