To plan a GPDP with greater efficacy, it is necessary to identify relevant subjects in the Eleventh Schedule of the Indian Constitution and ensure that all the State governments and the PRIs have appropriately identified them in their respective Panchayat Committees. Also, it is imperative to ensure that each subject is given sufficient consideration in the GPDP.
