Госуслуги Биометрия is a free Android application developed by Ростелеком under the category of Business & Productivity and subcategory of Finance. The app allows users to access biometric services remotely, conveniently, and securely. To register, users need to sign up for the Unified Biometric System, which offers two registration methods.

The first method is through the mobile application "Госуслуги Биометрия," which enables users to register standard biometrics. Users need to click on "Submit Biometrics" and follow the prompts. They will need a confirmed account on the Gosuslugi portal, a new generation passport, and a smartphone with an NFC chip.

The second method is through a bank, where users can register confirmed biometrics. Users need to visit a bank branch from the list on ebs.ru/citizens/ once to complete the registration, which takes about 10 minutes. Confirmed biometrics can replace a passport when receiving services.
