Google Play Movies & TV is Google's Chrome-based app for purchasing and watching TV series and feature-length movies. It offers a number of exclusive titles, streaming options, and a solid interface. On the other hand, there's some DRM (digital rights management) involved, you can only download your purchases on Chromebooks, and the picture quality is often low. This app definitely works best for a Chroomebook.
