Google Meet Balcão Virtual offers a virtual doorbell system that allows you to alert people when someone is about to arrive in a room. This way you can go to other rooms or to another application and enjoy your time without being disturbed.

Create a room and put your own name as the room name. Then, select a theme for your room, choose a background and a lock icon.

Once people arrive in your room, they will receive a visual notification and they can simply enter or leave the room. The notification can be sent to the people in your contacts, or to the entire group, if you like.

After a certain time, you can close the room to see the next person or even to do another activity. It is possible to create multiple rooms for a group of people.

To manage your meetings and to keep track of people entering and leaving, the app offers you an online account. If you already have an account, you can simply log in with your email and password. If not, you will be required to create one.
