Godhan Nyay Yojana is a free software application developed by CHiPS for Android devices. It is a program designed to protect and conserve Narwa, Garuwa, Ghuruwa, and Badi under the Suraji Village Scheme. The program aims to establish gauthans throughout the state and promote the use of cow dung to prepare vermicompost and other products. The program was launched in Chhattisgarh on the occasion of Hareli, 20th JulyThe implementation of the program will provide opportunities for organic farming, generate employment in rural and urban areas, promote animal husbandry and cow protection, and provide economic benefits to livestock owners. The program also aims to expand its reach by establishing new gauthans in the coming years.

Godhan Nyay Yojana has eight main objectives, including increasing the income of livestock owners, preventing open grazing, promoting the use of organic fertilizers, expanding the area of kharif and rabi crops, promoting the availability of organic fertilizers at the local level, providing employment opportunities to local self-help groups, improving soil fertility, and promoting the availability of toxin-free food.
