go2UBL is a free Android application that helps users convert purchase documents into UBL format with just one click. This feature allows users to easily import documents into almost any accounting software. The app provides a direct live connection to the database of the Chamber of Commerce, which verifies the KvK number of the party the user is doing business with. Parties that do not meet Dutch invoice requirements are flagged and returned to the sender. The system also detects and intercepts fraudulent invoices from known senders. Double invoices are eliminated as the go2UBL system recognizes and signals them. With this app, users can easily include receipts or invoices in their administration, eliminating the need for scanning documents.
