Go SMS Pro Emoji Plugin does exactly what you expect: it allows you to add some pre programmed emojis to your messages simply by clicking on the smiley face next to the keyboard.

The emojis available are pretty average and not much better than you get with the stock Google keyboard, but if you already use the excellent Go SMS Pro app it's a useful addition.
