The Global Entry Mobile application is a useful tool for active Global Entry members to report their arrival at supported airports without the need for a stationary Global Entry portal. This free app, developed by US Customs and Border Protection, streamlines the arrival process for eligible travelers.

To use the app, simply select your arrival airport from the list of supported airports and submit a photo of yourself for verification by CBP. It is important to complete this process while you are physically present in your arrival terminal. After successfully submitting your information, you will receive a receipt that you must present to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Additional travel documentation may be required upon request.

It is important to note that only active members of the Global Entry program can use this app. If you are not enrolled in Global Entry, this app is not available to you. Furthermore, the app does not provide enrollment services for the Global Entry program. If you are not eligible for Global Entry, you can either proceed with the regular entry process or use the CBP Mobile Passport Control app, which is also free.
